U.S. Risk is your claims advocate and is here to help you with any claim issues.

Submitting a Claim: Many of our retail brokers choose to report losses directly to their U.S. Risk representative. This process helps ensure the loss receives proper attention and enables U.S. Risk to assist in monitoring the claim from first report to conclusion.

To report a loss to U.S. Risk, please refer to the individualized Claims Reporting Instructions provided with your policy, and send the claim details to your broker. If you need your broker’s contact information, visit our Find a Broker or Underwriter page.

Upon receipt of a new loss, we will immediately forward the information to the carrier.
