Theresa specializes in placing Workers Compensation nationwide and can include, if necessary, the Longshore and Maritime endorsements. Theresa joined U.S. Risk in 2000 and has over 30 years experience in the insurance business.

Glenn has management responsibility for the Workers’ Compensation Division of U.S. Risk.. In his role, Glenn is responsible for managing and expanding the WC Wholesale Brokerage operations and developing and managing WC Programs – underwriting authorities in underserved niche markets. Glenn joined U.S. Risk in 2015 with over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in the insurance industry and had founded Matias Underwriters in 2008. Operating in both the insurance and reinsurance arenas, Glenn has held executive positions at AmTrust North America an AmTrust Financial Services company; and, LDG Reinsurance Underwriters a reinsurance MGU managing facilities on behalf of Life, Accident & Health and Property & Casualty Pools, as well as Lloyd’s Binders. After earning his Bachelor of Arts with a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Glenn started his insurance career with Liberty Mutual as a multi-line, commercial underwriter and held various positions including Chief Underwriter, Supervisor of Residual Markets, and Manager of Business Policy & Audit Production. Glenn will manage the Boston, Dallas, Houston and Sarasota Workers’ Compensation Divisions which have the ability to write both Primary and Excess Workers’ Compensation for an expanded number of classes with competitive rates in all 50 states.
Brian Rudolph, AIS, AINS, CPII
Brian Rudolph has been an integral part of our team since 2007 specializing in the placement of Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Brian holds a Florida 2-20 license along with various industry designations including an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS); Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Certified Professional in Insurance (CPII), along with a variety of certifications.
Brian entered the Insurance industry in 1995, having earned his degree from Okaloosa Walton State College. He began his professional career at a large insurance service corporation in their Financial Services Division; expanding his qualifications over 11 years through his work in Personal Lines, Underwriting and eventually to the auditing of Workers’ Compensation.
He continues to pursue academic studies while charged with the privilege of serving our Central and Southeast Florida agencies. Besides providing expert placement of Workers’ Compensation, Brian assists with a wide variety of other E & S products for agents in a growing network nationwide. Brian’s self-initiative and dedication has resulted in a large book of very diverse business.
