Traci Huskey, CPSR
As an indispensable member of our underwriting team, Traci focuses on multistate risks and the placement of workers’ compensation risks for her agents located throughout the nation.
Traci has over 18 years of experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry. She began her career at RISCORP, which was later acquired by The Zenith. Throughout her career, Traci has held a variety of positions including auditing of workers’ compensation policies and serving as middle market underwriter for hard-to-place workers’ compensation risks.
In 2003, Traci obtained her 440 Property & Casualty license along with the nationally recognized CPSR Designation. Her strong background in workers’ compensation insurance provides her agents with the knowledge they seek and diverse markets nationwide. This combination of knowledge and access to key markets has led to many successful placements for her agents across the country, resulting in a strong and varied book of workers’ compensation business for our carrier partners.
Vice President/National Practice Leader
Glenn has management responsibility for the workers’ compensation Division of U.S. Risk. In this role, Glenn is responsible for managing and expanding WC wholesale brokerage operations and developing and managing WC programs – underwriting authorities in underserved niche markets.
Glenn joined U.S. Risk in 2015 with over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in the insurance industry and had founded Matias Underwriters in 2008. Operating in both the insurance and reinsurance arenas, Glenn has held executive positions at AmTrust North America, an AmTrust Financial Services company; and, LDG Reinsurance Underwriters, a reinsurance MGU managing facilities on behalf of life, accident and health, and property and casualty Pools, as well as Lloyd’s binders.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts with a degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Glenn started his insurance career with Liberty Mutual as a multi-line commercial underwriter and held various positions including chief underwriter, supervisor of residual markets, and manager of business policy and audit production. Glenn manages the Boston, Dallas, Houston and Sarasota workers’ compensation offices, which have the ability to write both primary and excess workers’ compensation for an expanded number of classes, with competitive rates in all 50 states.
Brian Rudolph, AIS, AINS, CPII
Brian Rudolph has been an integral part of our Workers’ Compensation team since 2007. Brian holds a Florida 2-20 license along with various industry designations including Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Certified Professional in Insurance (CPII), and a variety of additional certifications.
Brian entered the insurance industry in 1995, having earned his degree from Okaloosa Walton State College. He began his professional career in the financial services division of a large insurance service corporation, expanding his qualifications over 11 years through his work in personal lines, underwriting and eventually to the auditing of workers’ compensation.
He continues to pursue academic studies while charged with the privilege of serving our Central and Southeast Florida agencies. Besides providing expert placement of workers’ compensation, Brian assists with a wide variety of other E&S products for agents in a growing network nationwide. Brian’s self-initiative and dedication has resulted in a large book of very diverse business.
Senior Property and Casualty Broker
Wendy joined U.S. Risk in 2015 as a member of the Sarasota, Florida underwriting/brokerage team. With a combined 20 years of experience in E&S and workers’ compensation, Wendy operates in a dual capacity for our Workers’ Compensation division. As an E&S broker focusing on contractors, hospitality, manufacturing and habitational business, Wendy helps round out current workers’ compensation clients through her cross-selling approach. In addition, Wendy is the Workers’ Compensation Marketing/Business Development Representative responsible for the eastern U.S.
